Carolina Strobel is Redpoint eventures Operating Partner, with extensive experience in the startup ecosystem and innovation. Previously, she was Latin America managing counsel at Intel Capital, focusing on Venture Capital, Private Equity & Mergers and Acquisitions, for over a decade and has also served as director of innovation at Restoque, responsible for proprietary technologies, new business models, and digital transformation. Carolina believes that “companies with greater diversity and inclusion are able to win more talented professionals, increase focus and customer orientation, in addition to making better decisions, which creates a virtuous circle of returns". She holds a master's degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Sheffield,UK and a bachelor's degree from UFPR, Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Federal do Paraná. She is currently a board member of Randon and LG, Lugar de Gente, as well as an advisor to Anjos do Brasil. She was also an advisor to the Brazilian Association of Venture Capital and Private Equity (ABVCAP).
