Mrs. Rodrigues is a Partner of Crescera and is co-responsible for the of the Consumer, Retail, Healthcare & Services platform. She joined the team 10 years ago. Prior to joining Crescera, she worked at Plural Capital in their private equity practice, at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York advising financial sponsors in their investments in the US, and at Pacific Advisors in São Paulo investing in private equity and venture capital transactions. Mrs. Rodrigues serves as Board Member for Hospital Vera Cruz, Hospital Care, Vita Participações, Grupo Baía Sul, Semantix Tecnologia, Domicile and Rede Oba, has served as Board Member and advisory committee member for Hortifruti, Villa Germania and Estapar and participates on Rede Oba’s and Hospital Care’s advisory committees.
Mrs. Rodrigues holds an MBA from Columbia Business School with concentration in Private Equity and Real Estate and is a member of the Public Policy Council at LAVCA, of the 2030 Committee at ABVCAP and of the Latin American Counsel at EMPEA.
